A Pixel8 Management Trainee is responsible for ensuring task completion of all projects delegated to the store all the while gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to manage and handle disputes. The Trainee is required to attend meetings and workshops and sometimes travel to project sites in order to provide support and suggestions for improvement, recording and preparation of documents.

  • Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
  • Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Prepare documents and update Bidding Documents and other records related to operations.
  • Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
  • Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
  • Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.
  • Provide Project and Financial Reports.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, health, and safety measures.
  • Take part in exhibitions, conventions, and other events to help in the sales of products and/or services.
  • Ensure Store files are documented, organized, and stored properly.
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.

  • Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
  • Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays, and the store’s general appearance.
  • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
  • Reporting to management about sales made.
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
